    From skeptic to believer

The staff was genuinely nice was nice. I appreciated the conversation during check-in.

My room had persistent issues, including bed bugs, which led to my early departure without assistance for alternative accommodations. The cleanliness of the hotel overall needs urgent attention.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

I found the staff to be friendly . The double room provided enough space for a family, although cleanliness could be a priority. I recommend checking for room conditions, especially with the amenities. Nice microwave but better maintenance needed.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, flat-screen TV and a microwave. Reasonably spacious private bathroom. Early check in and late check out. Coffee bar and clean pool. Good location in a peaceful area short walk to the restaurant, and Kinston

    Very unfriendly staff!

We went to a local escape room and enjoyed the nearby lakes. The staff was really helpful, and the rooms were super clean. Plus, the easy access to common areas made hanging out a blast. Perfect spot for friends traveling together!

I noticed some maintenance issues in the bathroom that could be improved.

The room was surprisingly clean, and we had a comfy bed that helped us sleep like logs. The efficient security system put my mind at ease-felt safe!

But I swear the bathroom fixtures must've come from a yard sale! And looking for the light switch in the dark was quite the adventure!

    Not suitable for families

The staff was nice when checking in, took extra time to make sure we were set up right---even conversed with me to ease the tension, you know?

It wasn't exactly a steal, but it's what we had to work with.
